2. Services Sol Photo provides professional photography services, including but not limited to wedding, portrait, and editorial photography. All bookings, sessions, and deliverables are subject to these terms and conditions.

3. Booking and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session, unless otherwise agreed.

• Payment can be made via bank transfer or other accepted methods.

• Failure to pay the final balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their session with at least 7 days’ notice. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date at our discretion.

• If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be offered a full refund or an alternative session date.

5. Photography and Image Rights

• Sol Photo retains copyright over all images taken. Clients receive a license for personal use but may not sell, edit, or distribute images without prior written consent.

• We reserve the right to use images for promotional and portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing before the session.

• Commercial usage requires a separate agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time at the agreed location.

• If a client is late, the session time may be reduced accordingly without affecting the agreed payment.

• Clients must obtain any necessary permissions for locations or venues where the session takes place.

7. Liability

• While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth and professional service, we are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, equipment failure, or force majeure events.

• In case of lost or damaged images due to technical failures, our liability is limited to a reshoot or a refund up to the amount paid.

8. Editing and Delivery

• Images will be professionally edited in our signature style. Requests for additional editing may incur extra fees.

• The final gallery will be delivered within [X] weeks after the session.

• Raw (unedited) images are not provided under any circumstances.
